Stacy Wilson and Shorn Samuel both grew up in Vermont, a tiny rural hamlet 12 miles north of Kingstown, the Caribbean capital of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Samuel also goes by the moniker Muslim Islamaam and the identities Sean Samuel and Abdul Rahim Parsons.
Samuel paid frequent visits to his distant cousin Wilson and her family. The encounters, however, soon began to take a disturbing turn. Wilson’s 14-year-old brother, Samuel, informed her he wanted to marry her.
Wilson, evidently disturbed by Samuel’s presence, urged him not to return to their house. He apologized for his conduct and continued to visit on a frequent basis. His apologies proved to be empty.
Samuel allegedly came to see Wilson before she went to work and began “molesting” her, according to Wilson’s mother, Emelia Nanton. “I love you and you have to be my wife,” he used to say to her before she went to work.
Because the guy seemed unfazed by Wilson’s pleas for him to be left alone, Nanton said she tossed a bowl of Clorox in his face to get him to leave.

On the afternoon of Monday, December 11, 2006, Wilson was sat on an empty minibus at the Leeward bus station in Kingstown. She’d just ended a hard, stressful day as a hospital clerk and was on her way home.
Samuel had paid her a visit at work. He’d made an attempt to pique her interest. He even requested if he could have a private conversation with her for a minute. She just said, “I don’t want to talk to you.”
Someone who had been witnessing the exchange approached Samuel and inquired whether he was familiar with Wilson. He said she was a relative of his.
Wilson left work at 3:45 p.m. to catch the minibus that would transport her back to Vermont. Samuel was seen strolling closely behind her, attempting in vain to communicate with her, according to witnesses.
Samuel rose from his seat and proceeded to the front of the bus. In his rear right pocket, a cutlass (a short saber with a curved blade) with a price tag fell out. He grabbed it, shoved it back into his pocket, and marched over to the front door of the bus.
Samuel then pulled out his cutlass and began hacking at Wilson. Wilson leaped out of the window, running for her life, after falling into the driver’s lap. Her initial reaction was to seek refuge beneath the bus.
Samuel rushed after him, cutting as he went.
One witness said during the trial that Samuel pulled Wilson out from beneath the bus and severed her right hand at the wrist. He began slicing at her neck as she slumped to the ground. He nearly sawed off her skull, leaving it hanging on a strand of flesh.
Samuel then lifted up the head, hacked away at the remaining flesh, kissed Wilson’s face, and tossed the head to the ground.
Wilson’s decapitated head was found 15 feet away from her body when authorities arrived, and her hand was found 20 feet away.
Knowing the cops were approaching, Shorn Samuel tossed the bleeding cutlass on the ground knelt and put his hands on his head.
The killer appeared to be unconcerned about his actions. As he was being hauled away by police, he even saluted the crowd.
Murderer Shorn Samuel And His Demands
For Stacy Wilson’s murder, Shorn Samuel demanded that he should be transferred to a single prison cell for his security. Also, he admitted that he does not want to be followed by fellow prisoners and officers.He charged attorney Ronald Marks of endangering him.

Wilson was twenty-one years old and returning home from her job. Sean Samuel trackedher at the bus stand. Soon after, Samuel dragged Wilson off the bus. Wilson attempted to escape but Samuel cut off her hand with a machete and pulled her out from beneath the bus. The police arrived and arrested Sean Samuel but it was too late for Stacy Wilson.

During the whole funeral ceremony, the condition of her mother was miserable and her family members and friends remembered with tears about her life and good qualities. She got buried and left behind an empty space in the life of her family and friends.
