- Nationality:
- A candidate must be resident of India.
- He/she must be resident of Nepal and Buttan.
- Any person immigrant of following counties:

- Education Qualification:
A candidate must have a degree from a recognized university in India.
- Age: 21-32 year or depend upon reservation by your caste.
- Number of attempts: a. For general category only 6 attempt allowed.
